  1. I've never seen any of Universal's Mummy sequels. From what I've read about them, they're not really worth it.

  2. I think we've all been suckered by the reference books and the party line in this case. The sequels have more going for them than we've been led to believe. Sure, they are a different animal than Karloff's film, but they are certainly worth checking out - especially since they're all around an hour in length. Both of them that I watched have a couple genuinely creepy moments with the titular mummy coming at the camera. I'd say give 'em a shot.
