I was very careful to include the "considered by many" qualifier, since I don't know that I would consider GF my favorite of the series. (I'll reserve judgment until I've gone through the entire series again, but On Her Majesty's Secret Service is definitely a contender.) I think FRWL is solid, but I also think it bogs down considerably during the train sequence prior to the undeniably fantastic fight sequence between Red and Bond. GF is more "fun" but it's also a lot sillier with glaring plot holes.
